Where oh where is spring?

Here in south jersey, spring is usually alternatively chilly and warm for march, and pleasantly warm by April. This year, we have had a freak streak of cold weather that has lasted through to the end of  April!  Wearing a winter coat yesterday ( 40 degree high with very chilly winds) was not my idea of spring! These are not profound thoughts, people. Just public complaining!
